Our nomadic brewery was born far from home, in a small Stockholm kitchen in 2017. I was working in Sweden when a Swedish colleague who brewed beers for our company parties opened a new world to me, handing me books and sharing his own hard-earned tricks.

With my wife by my side from the very start, we armed ourselves with BIAB, a couple of pots and a mesh bag, turning our apartment into a tiny brewhouse. We learned to mash, boil and ferment one experiment at a time—Stockholm's soft, clean water forgiving many of our mistakes. Every batch deepened our passion for homebrewing.

Some years later we moved back to Greece, to the place where we grew up, and we knew we didn’t want to leave brewing behind. We invested in proper gear – Grainfather, FermZilla and all the toys that turn a kitchen hobby into something a bit more serious – and kept pushing my recipes.

That's when a good friend joined us, brewing side by side, challenging ideas and perfectly complementing our efforts through countless failures and a few that made us think: “This deserves to be shared.”

The cost of a full brick-and-mortar brewery was completely out of reach, so we chose the path that fit our story: a nomadic brewery. We brew on other brewery’s systems, but the recipes, the process and the obsession with fresh, characterful beer are ours. Our dream is simple: one day to see our beers boiling in our own kettles, under our own logo – still with the same homebrewer soul that started in that tiny Swedish kitchen.
